Get your heart pumping with a fun and energizing aerobic workout led by Mary Commodore from The Trainer’s Workshop! This class combines rhythm and movement using an exercise ball and drumsticks—provided for all participants. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to sweat! Limit 15.
