12 week session: Tuesdays and Thursdays: April 8 - June 26 (1:30pm - 3pm)

This program combines flexibility, low-impact aerobic and strength exercises with self-management and group discussion geared toward maintenance of behavior change. Experience improved joint comfort, strength, mobility, mood, and confidence in managing arthritis! Limit 20.
