Chair Yoga

 Thursdays in October: 3, 10, 17, & 24 1 pm - 2 pm 

Chair Yoga helps to reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, improve balance, increase strength and flexibility and so much more. Allows those with or without mobility/stability issues to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Limit 20.
